About Together HR
Together HR is an HR consultancy business that’s co-owned and run by business partners Sarah Ramsden and Heather McVicar.
They offer a range of HR services aimed at helping businesses create a positive working environment that boosts employee engagement, increases innovation, and improves individual and company performance.
Both Sarah and Heather are highly qualified HR professionals with a wealth of experience between them.
Background
Sarah and Heather have worked together since 1996, first meeting at Rolls Royce before going on to work with some of the UK’s leading STEM companies. In 2018, the pair took the bold step of setting up their own business, Together HR.
"With a combined 45+ years of HR experience between us, not to mention our fantastic working relationship, it made sense to set up on our own," says Sarah. "As a brand new business, we naturally had no marketing assets at all to start with."

Process
Sarah and Heather found the design and development process straightforward, with the it’seeze team always on hand to answer their questions. They chose to produce the written copy themselves and sent this to it’seeze to be uploaded onto the new site.
"Sarah at it’seeze Nottingham provided us with great support throughout the process," says Sarah. "Sarah and Phil were always quick to respond to our queries and it’s clear that they’re passionate about doing a good job."
Once the site was in place, Sarah and Heather were given some ‘live’ training on using the it’seeze web editor. "It’s really easy to add and change the content, which is great as we’re keen to keep the website up to date and keep adding new information such as customer reviews and resources," adds Sarah.
Results
Together HR can now enjoy the benefits of an attractive, professionally designed website that genuinely reflects their brand and is simple to use and update. Whilst it’s still early days for their business, they’ve already had some great feedback on the new site.
"As a very young business, it’s a little too soon to expect to be generating lots of business through the new website," says Sarah. "However, we’re confident that it will turn out to be an excellent asset to our business in the future and a great platform for our wider online marketing activities."
