This promotion applies to participating franchise regions only. Should you refer a friend whose trading address is not within a participating region, then this referral may not apply. Please contact your local it’seeze consultant for more information about participating regions. To participate, the referring client must have at least one live it’seeze website and be fully paid to date. The ‘referee’ must not be an existing it’seeze customer. All participants must give the business name and contact details of both the referrer and referee to be eligible for the cashback reward. A referrer will receive only one cashback reward per referee. Cashback (exclusive of VAT) will be paid to you within 30 days of the referee's website going live. This promotion cannot be used in connection with any other offer. The promotion does not apply to any past orders made with it’seeze and cannot be backdated. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time with or without notice. 
 
Further Details 
 
In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in our promotional material, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Claimants of this promotion agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in addition to the Terms and Conditions of sale. Where applicable, the decision of it’seeze is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision. The law of England and Wales governs this contract and the parties submit to its exclusive jurisdiction.
